We ask that you visit us by appointment so that we can give you our undivided attention when helping you find the perfect dress. Please make your appointment from our website or call us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointment times will vary depending on type of appointment you are requesting. Please see appointment option.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. In most cases we have appointments immediately prior and immediately following your appointment so should you arrive early or late, we may not be able to assist you.

Your stylist will be popping in & out of the fitting room helping you into each gown. So wear something you are comfortable in. Light colored undergarments, strapless bra, and spanx (if desired) are suggested. Please bring a pair of shoes with the heel height close to what you want to wear on your wedding day. Heels will affect the overall finished look of your gown.
Typically, it can take up to 6-8 months for a gown to arrive, once the order has been placed. However, every designer is different. Some of our companies are now offering “Quick Ship” options.( *extra charges may apply) We are happy to work with all brides and all desired timelines.
