They truly go above and beyond, letting me try on dresses from the manikins and matching a veil with almost every dress. You get to shop and pick out the dresses you want to try on (which is a huge plus for me). There were so many options and styles of dresses to choose from- they have something for everyone! "Amazing!! Is there anything more to say?! I got engaged in Sept. 2020 and started looking for dresses in November 2020 for our wedding in November 2021. I originally wanted to get an idea of what type of dress I was gravitating towards before I had too many people shopping with me/too many opinions. I set out to go with my mom and maid of honor. We walked into Brooke's Bridal and Ball and immediately felt the love and pride Brooke had for her brides to be. She dedicates all of her time and attention to each bride during their appointment and makes you feel like you are the only one in the store. I was not planning on purchasing a dress that day as I wanted the whole bridal party there, but lo and behold, the unexpected happened and I found THE dress! Brooke saw my face when I tried on the dress and asked ALL of the right questions to help me think through everything, granted me the patience and time I needed to be comfortable and confident with the purchase, and asked my maid of honor and mom what their thoughts were. She even humored me and my off the wall request to FaceTime my dad before saying, "Yes”, to the dress. When my dress finally arrived, Brooke and her team accommodated my request to have ALL of my bridesmaids and important women in my life to be there with me to see THE dress that I would wear on my wedding day and I continue to be so grateful to Brooke and her team for making my experience so amazingly perfect! I would recommend them to anyone who is recently engaged! I could go on about how wonderful the experience was, but at the end of the day, you need to experience it yourself, you will NOT regret it!"

"I went to Brooke's a few weeks ago for my first ever! bridal appointment and had a wonderful experience!
My name was on a sign outside the door, everyone inside was so friendly, and my stylist Madalyn was SO helpful with suggesting dresses I might like based off my feedback from each prior dress.
The salon was clean and open, with large dressing rooms, mirrors and pedestals. Appointments are long so I didn't feel rushed at all and could really take my time to think about fabrics, shape, and comfort of each dress, and there was a great selection of dresses without being overwhelming.
I did find a beautiful dress, but am not totally ready to commit (I can't even commit to new dish towels for my kitchen!). If I do decide to go with this dress in the end, I'll definitely be ordering it from this salon."

"Can’t say enough good things about Brooke’s Bridal and ball - they were so helpful on my first visit with my mother, and then I arranged to have a “private appointment” with champagne and some girlfriends...all I can say is WOW! They truly spoiled my friends and I that night, and I couldn’t have asked for anything more (including a wonderful goodie bag for everyone at the end of the night!) This was my first dress shopping experience and I could not have chosen a better salon. Brooke and her mom treated me and my entourage like family. They were super knowledgeable and not pushy whatsoever. She gave me a full two hours, and would have given me longer if I needed it! I tried on at least 10 dresses and the selection was incredible (this is coming from a very picky shopper). I will never forget this experience and could not express enough how much I loved the shop."

"We had such a good experience shopping with Brooke and her mom. My mom and I felt really comfortable stepping into our first experience with them. They gave us time, patience, and their attention to detail in bringing out more dresses that matches the style I was trying to develop was super helpful. The last few dresses were so gorgeous that Brooke brought out after she saw was we started to gravitate towards. It was a phenomenal experience. Stress free and really great people to put you at ease and make the occasion happy and special. We visited a boutique right after and had a more stressful experience where I was told my appointment was over, felt rushed and pressured to buy, and was told that my nine month pre wedding shopping time was late and would be difficult to meet if I didn’t make a decision today. Brooke’s in contrast was incredibly patient, took their time, explored our options together and were very helpful and got to know us as a family. I can’t speak highly enough of this place whether or not we purchase as I am early in my wedding dress shopping journey!"

"The entire staff at Brooke’s Bridal is GREAT. I made an appointment last minute to look for a wedding dress with my future sister-in-law (2 brides). Brooke agreed to take us at the same time (this is rare, trust me!). Brooke and Sarah took the time to listen to our (totally different) wants, needs and dislikes in our dream wedding dress. They never pressured us to try dresses that we did not like and always paid attention to our positive and negative feedback of dresses that we did try. We tried on several wedding dresses and NEVER felt pressured to buy anything. Both of us found dresses that we really liked. Even though we didn’t buy a dress at Brookes, this was the best experience from any of the boutiques we went to."

This was my first ever wedding dress shopping experience, and it’s also my last because I found THE dress after just trying on three dresses. They really paid attention to my style and what I was looking at/going for, but also pulled other styles they thought would look good on me and I loved all of them. However, the dress that I ended up picking was a dress I didn’t even pull off the rack myself! Amanda, my consultant, did and it felt right the moment I put it on. “Not even 5 minutes after meeting Brooke, I knew immediately she was a perfect fit for us. She made my daughter-in-law feel so special and the two of them hit it off instantly. They giggled in the fitting room so much you would have thought they were life- long friends. When the dress she had her heart set on turned out to be one she didn’t like it, Brooke took over and brought a gown out and suggested she just try it and see. Holy Cow was she correct?! She said Yes to that Dress! Brooke turned the whole appointment around from devastated and disappointed to giggling and in love with the dress within 15 minutes. When the dress was completely altered to perfection, Brooke made sure it was shipped to the mother of the bride in Connecticut. The dress arrived in perfect condition. Brooke was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We have told many people; she is the one to ask for!!"
